Head to Mexico with this recipe full of flavors. To taste preferably with the fingers.


For 4 people :

  • 600 g chopped steak
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 2 apples apples
  • 2 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 40 g of currants
  • 12 green olives, pitted
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 clove
  • 60 g slivered almonds
  • 8 tacos
  • 1 C. coffee oil
  • salt
  • pepper.


Scald the tomatoes, peel them, seed them and cut them into small cubes.
Peel and seed the apples. Dice them and sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not darken.
Peel and chop the onions, then fry them in a frying pan over medium heat for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add the steak and chopped garlic and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring. Stir in tomatoes, apples, grapes, olives halved, cinnamon and cloves. Salt, pepper and cook without covering for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (item 5).
Grill the almonds for a few seconds in a non-stick, fat-free pan, and add them.
5 minutes before serving, heat the tacos in the oven, fill them with stuffing (after removing the clove) and serve hot with a green salad.
