- 1/2 pear with its tail
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 10 g of sugar
- 50 g dark chocolate
Peel the half pear and cook for 5 to 6 min in a saucepan with 10 g of sugar and a small glass of water. Let it cool.
